30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

EU Customers

If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
